A Blissful Valentine’s Wedding

It was cold and rainy in Paris, on Valentine’s Day. But the enthusiasm and love of Kenny and Ashley, was apparently powerful enough to bring the sun, and a beautiful sunset, out – just in time to have their ceremony in Place Du Trocadero.

A small crowd gathered around us and the bride and groom sealed their love in front of an improvised audience. It was a fun, relaxed moment, which I’m sure Kenny and Ashley will trasure forever!

After the ceremony the couple went off with the photographer, Haig Tcherkezian, to have more pictures taken. As they opted for a sunset wedding they now have both day and night shots to remember their Paris wedding.

Thank you to Ash and Kenny for being so easy to work with and so enthusiastic and thanks to Haig Tcherkezian (,  for the great pictures.

Congratulations to Rachel and Steve!

On a beautiful autumn day, Steve and Rachel declared their love and commitment to each other.

Exchanging vows.

Their closest friends and family were present, having flown from four different countries to Paris for the occasion. The result was a very intimate and touching ceremony, with both symbolic and personal elements.

The family has contributed with their own readings.

Rachel and Steve chose to light the union candle, representing the union of their lives, exchanged rings and read their own vows. There was also a strong family involvement and almost everybody had a role in the ceremony – Rachel’s dad and brother read their own poems whilst Steve’s dad carried the rings,  some friends helped during the union candle ceremony and others acted as witnesses.

I wish to thank all present for bringing this ceremony to life and for making it so special and heartfelt.
